BOTH a car and a motorbike were involved in a collision in Taunton yesterday (Wednesday, May 1) which saw a man attended to by paramedics.
The incident occurred near to the Bridgwater and Taunton College's Taunton campus on Wellington Road just after 5pm.
Several emergency vehicles responded to the incident as police directed traffic around a man who was lying in the road whilst a stretcher was prepared.
Police say he was attended to by paramedics, and the road was cleared by 7pm.

A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: “We were called at around 5.15pm to Wellington Road, in Taunton, following a report of a collision involving a car and a motorbike.
“One man was taken into the care of paramedics.
“The road was cleared by 7pm and officers came away from the scene.”
