Jack Scadden plans to complete his 164 Stadium Challenge in aid of Children’s Hospice  South West at Taunton Town FC on Sunday afternoon to coincide with the TTFC Legends v Manchester United Legends match that kicks off at 2pm, writes Richard Walsh.

Over the course of the last few months the Taunton Town fan has visited the home grounds of every one of the clubs in six of the top seven divisions during the course of which to date he has raised £1800 for the CHSW.

Now there is just one division remaining and that is the National League (South) which Taunton played in the season just ended.

Jack said: “ We have done six of the seven divisions starting with the Premiership and now there is just the National League South and we will be starting that challenge on Saturday morning.

“We are going to start in Truro and work our way up to Torquay and Yeovil and then go over to the south east to visit Dover and Maidstone and the London based clubs.

“We plan to finish at Taunton on Sunday where they have got the match against Manchester United Legends taking place. We plan to get to the ground for 11am and have got a lot planned to raise some money for the club when we get there.

“I have been taking a Taunton Town shirt and taking a picture of it outside all of the clubs I have visited so that shirt has been to all 72 National League Clubs so when we get to Taunton we are going to auction it off with the money going towards Taunton Town.

“There are also a few  other things planned to take place at half time including a challenge involving one of the legends in addition to which I have also decided that I am going to have my head shaved and auction off my hair, with all of the money going to charity.”

For his seventh and final part of the challenge Jack will once again be driving a Nissan Primera  supplied by Wellington Motors.

“Wellington Motors have been fantastic the way that they have supported us in this challenge by providing a vehicle to use on all the trips we have done. Their help and support for us and the Children’s Hospice South West is very much appreciated by everyone.”
