McCONACHIE Phyllis passed peacefully away at Musgrove Park Hospital on Friday 18th May 2018, aged 84 years. Beloved wife of Richard, much loved mum to Lesley, Kay and Richard and a special Mana to all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral service to take place at Taunton Deane Crematorium on Tuesday 29th May at 3.00pm. No flowers please but donations if desired for the Special Care Baby Unit (Musgrove Park Hospital) may be sent c/o Taunton Funeral Service, 55 Bridge Street, Taunton, TA1 1TP. Tel: 01823 321077.
