BRAWN Jake, of Dorchester Road, Taunton, tragically on 14th August 2012, aged 19 years. Precious son of Kevin and Jayne, loved partner of Erika, special brother to Maria and Sonya, uncle to Cara and Harvey-Jay. Funeral service to take place at Taunton Deane Crematorium, on Tuesday 28th August at 12 noon.
