HOOPER David. Paula and family would like to thank all our very dear family and friends for attending Dave's funeral. What a send-off. We would also like to thank the following people: Reverend David Roberts for a wonderful service, E. White Funeral Directors for their amazing sensitivity, Dr Smart and Dr Davidson, the District Nurses and Di, and all of French Weir Health Centre, also staff in the chemist next door. Thank you all. Susan Melhuish, Palliative Care specialist nurse at St Margaret's Hospice, especially her carers' group. Thanks for your support, girls. Dr Graham and Dr Tighe, Ward 9 and the HODU team, amazing people. The Way Ahead team, Kerry, Dawn, Hannah and Gaynor, ministering angels, thanks, girls. Finally to everyone who has sent cards, messages and donations. Thanks from us all.
