CHAMBERLAIN. Ozzie, Mark, Lisa, Sue, Pat and all Bub's grandchildren would like to thank everyone for their kindness and support, especially Ken. With special thanks to Dr Moyse and all at the surgery, Sue Goldby for being a wonderful person, Nigel Ford for looking after us so well and Reverend Tim Hodge who delivered a most wonderful memorable service. Please accept this as our personal acknowedgement.
TUKE 'Nessie'. Mark, Juliette and their families would like to thank everyone who attended Nessie's funeral and for the many cards and messages of sympathy and donations received. Thanks to the Reverend Tim Hodge for his help and the marvellous service celebrating Nessies life. Special thanks to Mark Kelloway of Taunton Funeral Service for his support and guidence and the kind assistance of his colleagues. We are also very grateful to all the staff at St James medical Centre and The Beacon Centre for their fantastic care throughout. Please accept this as a personal acknowledgement of thanks.
HOW Tracy's family would like to thank all who attended Tracy's funeral, for making it such a special service for a special person and for the support provided to us during the last few weeks. Thanks also to E.White and Sons Ltd for their service and support given to us and to the Reverend Stephen Kivett for the celebration of Tracy life. We would also like to thank the Beacon Centre at Musgrove Park Hospital for all the fantastic care provided to Tracy and to all who made donations to the Centre.
HAWKINS Terry would like to thank Netherclay for all their kind and gentle team of carers who have done a great job in looking after Dad over the past two years. A special thank you to the Reverend Tim Hodge for a lovely service.
BULLEN Sylvia and family wish to express their sincere thanks to everyone who attended the funeral service for Ron, expressed numerous messages of sympathy and for donations that have been received for St Margaret's Hospice. Special thanks also to Glynis and Olivia (community nurses), the Reverend Tim Hodge for officiating at the service and to Nigel K Ford, (Funeral Director) for his care in handling the arrangements. BROOKS Harry, Linda, Gail and the family would like to express their grateful thanks to all who attended Nina's funeral and gave to generously to the MS Society in her memory. WELCH Lizanne (Liz) nÃ©e Carrow. Mark, Oliver, Roger and Anne would like to express their grateful thanks to all who attended Liz's funeral. Thanks to all who sent messages of sympathy, flowers and donations for the Air Ambulance and British Heart Foundation. Thanks to all the staff in the Coronary care Unit and Fielding Ward at Musgrove Park Hospital who cared for Liz for so many years, to the intensive Care Unit at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham who cared for Liz in her final months and also to the Intensive care Unit at Musgrove Park Hospital who cared for all the family in Liz's final days. Thanks also to the Reverend Rob Blackhall for taking the service and for his comfort, also to Adrian and staff at E White and Son for all their help and guidence.
MASTERS Julia and family would like to thank all who attended Peter's funeral service on 8th April. We would also like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their messages of sympathy and for the kind donations received for the Prostate Cancer Charity in memory of Pete.
