Dr Sidney Gerrish Hamilton. William, Alan, Christine and Anthea, and their families, would like to thank all those who sent cards and messages of sympathy, all who attended the Service of Thanksgiving, and for donations made in memory of Sidney for the United Mission to Nepal (amounting to £353 to date).
