HAYWARD, Kenneth Albert William (Ken) Mary, Will, Brad and Lisa Hayward would like to thank everyone who, on 16th July, attended the Private Cremation Service and packed All Saints Church, Norton Fitzwarren for a Celebration of Ken's life.We have been overwhelmed by the messages of sympathy and the cards we have received from so many family members and people who recalled Ken as a friend, work colleague, fellow Parish and District Councillor, and Mayor of Taunton Deane.Every one has commented on his commitment to his Community.As a family we feel very proud of him. There are so many people we need to thank for the care and concern they lavished on Ken from the time of his diagnosis in February 2017 until his death; Dr Duthie, and the staff of the Orchard Medical Centre, Norton Fitzwarren The Staff of the Pharmacy, Norton Fitzwarren The Staff of St Margaret's Hospice and the Sunflower Centre The District Nurse Team Colleagues from Somerset Stairlifts & Mobility who provided practical help and support All volunteers involved in Norton Fitzwarren Village Hall and the Community Coffee Shop Members of Norton Fitzwarren Parish Council, The many, many family members and friends who visited Ken and kept him entertained And friends who took care of Ozzie the dog in times of need. Our very grateful thanks go to Matt Foster, of Quantock Funeral Services and Revd. Stephen Kivett, and the Church volunteers, for helping us to arrange two perfect services at Taunton Crematorium and at All Saints Church. We must also thank Ken's sister, Sheila Reeves for the beautiful floral tribute based around flowers from Ken's garden. Thank you one and all.Mary, Will, Brad & Lisa Hayward
