LORNA Richards and Gary Coombes were married at St Peters & St Pauls Church Moorland, with a reception at The Mount Somerset Hotel Taunton.

ROBERT and Hilda Dawkins of Taunton are happy to announce the marriage of their only daughter Francesca to Nathan De Pasquale, the eldest son of Joe and Karen of Ilminster. The wedding took place at Lakeview Manor, Dunkeswell, followed by a reception for 100 guests. Their honeymoon was spent on a road trip touring California. Special thanks to Richard and Julie, and all the staff at Lakeview Manor in making it such a perfect day.
JOHN Derrick and Gertje Vanhoutte were married at the Holy Trinity Church in Brussels, Belgium. The bride, an HR manager, is the second daughter of Philip and Marian Vanhoutte of Weebosch, the Netherlands, and the bridegroom, a Diplomat, is the youngest son of Brian and Jackie Derrick of Creech St Michael, Taunton. A reception for 200 was held at the UK Ambassador's residence in Brussels and the couple spent their honeymoon in Thailand.
DR HAMISH Harley Ryan McLaren and Dr Sally Elizabeth Ash of Wellington were married at Church of the Holy Cross, Sampford Arundel, Wellington. The bride is the only daughter of Geoffrey and Karen Ash and the bridegroom is the only son of Neil and Mary McLaren. A reception for 200 guests was Pinksmoor Farm, Wellington, the home of the bride’s parents. The couple spent their honeymoon in Rome and Tuscany.
STUART Langford Dickens and Rachel Sarah Jane Arscott were married at West Monkton Church. The bridegroom is youngest son of the late Mr Paul Dickens and Mrs Denise Nagle of Southern Ireland, the bride is the only daughter of Mr Adrian and Mrs Deborah Arscott of Bathpool. The reception was held at The Mount Somerset Hotel, Henlade. The couple spent their honeymoon in the Dominican Republic.
DANIEL Joseph Twose and Diane Hartley of Norton Fitzwarren were married at All Saints Church, Norton Fitzwarren. The bride is the only daughter of Kevin and Averil, quite special to them, is also the only girl in the Hartley family in over five generations baring in mind her great grandfather is one of eleven brothers the bridegroom is the son of Jennifer Beasley of Carmarthenshire, West Wales. A reception for 130 guests was held at The Square and Compass Inn, Nr Ashill, Ilminster and the couple spent their honeymoon in Mexico.
ROSS James Finlayson and Rebecca Jane Clarke of Queensland were married at Headland Golf Club, Australia. The bride, a children’s nanny, is the eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs Howe of Queensland, and the bridegroom, a concretor, the only son of Debbie Finlayson of Taunton. A reception for 120 guests was held at Headland Golf Club. The couple spent their honeymoon in Thailand.
