The post has been taken up by Natalie Aldrich, who has previously occupied a number of roles including historic building work.

Dr Nikki Cook, principal heritage consultant at Savills, said: “Heritage is a growth area for Savills both locally and nationally. Natalie has proven to have a genuine passion for the field and her enthusiasm and skills are already a great asset to the team.”
