A DREAM came true for three-year-old Arabella Mendoza when she was chosen to present a posy to Sophie, Countess of Wessex.
Arabella, from the Blackbrook area of Taunton, met the Countess during a Royal visit to the Brainwave charity shop in Somerton.
As a sufferer of Global Developmental Delays, she is one of many children who benefit from the work of Brainwave, which provides therapy for children with brain injury or impairment and of which Sophie is president.
Proud mum Emma said: "Most little girls dream of being a princess, but very few get to meet one.
"The Countess seemed quite taken with Arabella and it's a memory we'll cherish forever."
