PUPILS at Knights Templar First School, Watchet spent a day learning about the culture of the people of Central America.
They studied the customs of the Mayans, who built mysterious temples and pyramids deep within the jungles of Mexico, Guatemala and northern Belize, and who invented the calendars we use today.
The learning day was facilitated by local members of cultural association Under One Sun.
