Learn to Jive

We are starting dance classes in several towns in South Somerset. These will take place in the mornings. They are for absolute beginners and improvers. Its a great way of getting fit, with the emphasis being on fun and enjoyment. With Jive you can dance to most music, as long as it has a beat, and its easy to learn! What can Jive do for us, well, it helps us to learn a new skill, helps with social interaction, building confidence, hand to eye coordination, making quick decisions (The brain gym), balance, and is taught in ways that will give people the best chance to learn. Dancing has a positive effect on people. It brings them together and creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. Come along and have a fun time! We play music from all eras, from the 1940s to current chart hits.
