NFU Mutual has been named ‘Overall Most Trusted Insurer’ and ‘Most Trusted Home Insurer’ at the Moneywise Customer Service Awards 2015 which took place on Thursday 11th June 2015, following a nationwide poll of more than 30,000 people.

At a time when some other financial organisations are closing high street branches, NFU mutual remains committed to maintaining a local, personal service with over 320 offices in towns and villages across the UK.
Winners of the Moneywise Customer Service Awards were chosen following Moneywise’s annual online survey of thousands of members of the public, covering a range of financial, insurance and credit categories, and designed to find out what consumers really think about levels of trust and service in the financial services sector.
