The Organic Livestock Marketing Co-operative has announced the appointment of Peter Jones, of Peter Jones Livestock, to its board of directors.
Peter Jones Livestock operates a store cattle marketing service in conjunction with the Organic Livestock Marketing Co-operative, and together they are the biggest suppliers of organic store cattle, finished cattle and lambs in the UK.
Ralph Human, managing director of the co-operative, said: "I am delighted to welcome Peter on to the board of directors.
“Peter is a pioneer in the Livestock Industry and we believe that his strong experience in the organic store stock sector throughout the UK will further strengthen our Board’s breadth of talent and background.”
