Forward Stores (93): A good entry of quality pigs sold to a tremendous trade when every pig was wanted and serious competition ensued for every pen. Top price £150 from Kerswell, Cullompton. Others sold to £147 from Mr RE Miller and £143 from Mr J Baker. Overall average £109.25.

Sows and Piglets: Pure bred British Lop with 10 even piglets from Messrs RN & LA Bell sold to £330.
