Across the gravelled parking area there is a separate cottage with a uPVC door to the entrance hall and access to the loft space and radiator. The open plan kitchen/dining room is a double aspect room with windows to the front and back. The kitchen is fitted with a range of wall and base units with work top surface over. There is space and plumbing for a washing machine, dishwasher, tall fridge freezer, two oven oil fired aga, five ring electric and integrated eye level cooker. The conservatory has double doors to the front patio. The sitting room has double doors leading to a decking area and a radiator. The master bedroom is a double aspect room with a window to the rear overlooking the garden, wall length mirrored wardrobes and a door to the front patio. The property is approached over a private entrance drive which leads to a hardstanding area between the two barns. From the gravelled parking area, there are steps which lead to a courtyard garden which is enclosed and is mainly laid to lawn with rockery borders and includes a small fish pond. At the rear of the property is a decking area ideal for sitting out and immediately beyond this are the outbuildings. The outbuildings comprise an open fronted 3 bay barn, 3 stables with hard standing in front and a tack room/feed room, a tool shed and a range of further small outbuildings. From the yard and outbuildings, access is gained to the paddock which is predominantly level, well fenced and is an ideal turn out paddock for a horse/pony.
