ELEVEN of the 14 new units within Summerfield Developments’ latest block at Westpark 26 in Wellington have sold or are under offer, only three remaining available.

Following the success of 65 previous sales within Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4 and Z within the Business Park’s Enterprise Zone, Summerfield are close to completion of construction of their latest building, Block A.
