AN SOS call is being send out by a county theartre group as it urgently needs an actor.
The Wellington Theatre Company is despertaley seeking Demetrius for its summer production of A Midsummer's Night Dream.
The group has been in rehearsals for weeks but now has come the time when they have to consider not going forward with the production as they have been unable to find a young actor late teens to early thirties to fill the role.
Christina Matravers, the Director said: " I honestly feel that the cast we have could put on a phenomenal performance but unfortunately, at this late stage, we do not feel like we can keep our fingers crossed any longer for the illustrious young man that we need to turn up, and we have to have to consider not going forward the production "
The award-winning Wellington Theatre Company is looking for an actors for the role of Demetrius for its production of Shakespeare’s ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ which will be on stage at Wellington Arts Centre from June 6-9.
