THIS week’s Tracks of my Life is with Head Chef, Richard Guest at Augustus Restaurant in Taunton.

Track 1: Come on Eileen by Dexys Midnight Runners.

It’s wasn’t the fist record I bought but I have a vivid memory of dancing with my sister in our front room, hands behind our backs stomping away.

Track 2: Begging you-The Stone Roses.

I was doing a YTS apprenticeship and we socialised a lot late after work, it’s reminds me of the messy nights in Yorks student pubs.

Track 3: Get miles-Gomez.

I’d just met my wife Vicky and got my first head chefs position at Maison Novelli, they were pretty full on days.My pastry chef bought me the Gomez album and I’ve been a fan since.

Track 4: Johnny Cash-Folsom Prison Blues.

One of many records that my parents played from their youth.

Cash is like having a wise old grandparent to hand.

Track 5: Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats-SOB

My son William loves it, thinks it’s cheeky but the albums great and it’s great track.
