Over the summer Queen’s College, Taunton, in association with BMW Westerly Bridgwater, will be leading a variety of courses for children aged from 4 to 16 years.

The Schools of Sport Academies will be offering sessions for 7 to 16 year olds in Netball, Cricket, Rugby and Hockey. Led by a team of top coaches including international netball coach, Melissa Hyndman, English cricketer, Martin Speight and international rugby player, James Simpson-Daniel, these inspirational training sessions will cater for both the novice sports person, giving them the perfect introduction to the sport, through to the more experienced players by developing their skills and tactics.

If sport isn’t your thing, the Queen’s Master Classes include Creative Writing, Ceramics, Cookery, Dance, Drama, Musical Theatre and Adventure Activities. These week-long courses, led by specialist professionals in each subject, aim to build confidence and nurture talent.

Meanwhile the Ultimate Activity Camp offers over 40 different activities utilising the fantastic facilities at Queen’s College. This is a great way for children to make new friends and develop new skills in a fun, safe environment.
