CANADIAN musician Cam Penner, right, is travelling halfway across the world to bring his brand of folk-rock to Minehead on Hallowe’en night.
Flanked by Jon Wood, and hosted by Quay Roots, a new music venue at the Quay Inn in Minehead, proprietor Rachel Stevens says the gig will be a key moment in Quay Roots’ ambitions to bring top music to the area.
“Cam Penner is a really interesting, unique artist and will not disappoint those who are passionate about good, original music.”
The duo’s Somerset stop-off comes on their grand UK and Ireland tour of Cam’s new symphonic album, To Build A Fire.
You can don fancy dress for the free gig, which starts at 7.30pm on Thursday, October 31.
