FREELANCE art historian and curator, Maggie Giraud, is returning to The Castle in Taunton for a new series of Talks About Art.
After six successful talks throughout 2014, the winter programme launches tomorrow (Thursday, January 15) with ‘Looking Hard at Edgar Degas’.
Maggie Giraud has many years experience in talking about the visual arts. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, was educated at Leeds School of Arts and London University, and was employed as curator and archivist to the Dartington Hall Trust.
Talks scheduled for February and March are Ten Treasures of the Uffizi and Painters of Perfection.
