A major building project to completely revamp Exeter’s Princesshay shopping centre took two years.
Firepool is a larger scheme, but is 10 years reasonable? And that’s if it was completed now, today.

While the laid-back nature of Taunton is often to be applauded, we can’t help but feel the world is passing us by on the M5, missing junction 25, which hasn’t been sorted yet either...
