WALKING past the Wyndham Hall recently, I noted the door was blocked by a locked steel gate in order to keep out rough sleepers.
I also saw unfortunate rough sleepers in the entrance of the erstwhile British Home Stores.
Surely this apparently centrally situated abandoned building would be of more use as a temporary night shelter for these unfortunate folk?
Is it not possible for religious organisations and like-minded folk to supervise such a facility?
