The three beats of Ruishton and Creech, North Curry and Stoke St Gregory are all rural, consisting of villages, small hamlets, farms and small industrial units. These are the A358, which cuts through Henlade on Ruishton and Creech beat, A38 on that beat, A361 on North Curry and Stoke St Gregory beats and A378 on Ruishton and Creech beat and North Curry beat.
