Our Chef, with 12 years experience in Roppongi in the heart of Tokyo, has acquired his skill and knowledge in Japan, from where all our recipes come. Our executive chef prepares a variety of traditional and modern Sushi, and Sashimi are freshly prepared in our luxury Sushi bar. Our special grill chef offers you freshly charcoal-grilled yakitori with Beef, Chicken, Fish fillet or whole Fish, which you can enjoy while drinking a glass of wine or traditional Japanese sake. Carefully selected sake, selected fine wines, other liqueurs and Japanese traditional beer complement the great dishes served in the restaurant.
