THE Terrace is opening its doors to offer free talks and reduced price sessions in aid of the NSPCC this Saturday, March 16.

Therapists will be giving their time for free, so all the money raised will go towards the national children’s charity.

The four talks will cover: hay fever and allergies (getting ahead with homeopathy) at 9.15am; stress, anxiety and depression (craniosacraltherapy) at 10.15am; managing migraine using acupuncture at 11.30am; and head, neck and shoulder massage at 12.15pm.

The following sessions are available atthe reduced price of £35: acupuncture with Alison Courtney; craniosacral therapy with Lynn Shorthouse; homeopathy with Ruth Hermolle;Indian head massage with Irene Cox; and reflexology with Irene Cox.
