Minehead woman offers new 'no hands' massage

CAROLINE Phillips has been giving deep tissue massage for nearly 20 years and is now a practitioner in NO HANDS Massage® - the new, deeper dimension of touch.

Muscular tension is released through slow, deep compression.

Using movements similar to those seen in Tai Chi, the practitioner powers all movements from the hips and delivers the touch through the soft pad on the underside of the forearm.

Caroline has found learning this new technique an exciting journey of discovery, even though it has involved re-learning a lot of the basics.

Home reflexology visits are available in the Minehead area at £25, with concessions available.

Office massage is available in the Reading Room in Friday Street, Minehead on Thursday afternoons and costs £7.50 for a 20-minute massage on the back and shoulders (fully clothed).
