A NUMBER of the therapists at The Terrace are continuing their fund raising for bibic (British Institute for Brain Injured Children) and are offering full appointments during June, you make a donation of £20, all of which goes to bibic.

Appointments are both pre-booked and pre-paid via The Terrace - all you need to do to book your appointment is telephone 01823-338968, email post@the-terrrace.couk or visit our website www.the-terrace.co.uk You can choose from the following sessions: Aromatherapy massage, Holistic Massage, Reflexology, Bowen Technique, Allergy Testing, Homeopathy, Hopi Ear Candling, Counselling - individual and couples, EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques or Work mentoring.

Aromatherapy and Holistic massage can benefit the whole system and bring feelings of relaxation and reducing stress. Reflexology can benefit your health with the therapist working on specific areas of your feet - and can be very relaxing too. Bowen technique can boost your immune system, reduce and rebalance stress, and specifically improve both acute and chronic back pain and back problems. Boost your immune system and check any allergies with allergy testing, homeopathy or herbal medicine. Problem with sinuses? Hopi Ear Candling can help to alleviate the symptoms.

You can experience Individual Counselling for yourself, with one of our experienced Counsellors or Couples Counselling for you and your partner. EFT -Emotional Freedom Techniques can be effective for people with food cravings, phobias and trauma. And you can have a session of work mentoring and learn more about yourself and work, setting goals and exploring motivation techniques.
