NEWBORN babies can benefit from Craniosacral therapy - which can support them with better sleep, feeding and getting them established in their ‘new world’.
Lynn Shorthouse, Craniosacral therapist, is offering the first treatment free for under six-week-olds.
She said: “Some of the difficulties babies have are due to compression during birth from contractions and the passage through the pelvis and birth canal, displacing the soft bones of the head, which don’t always return to an optimal position. This can lead to a variety of difficult conditions.
“Caesarean births, forceps and suction deliveries are more likely to lead to symptoms.
“But Craniosacral therapy can be beneficial to all babies, including those who have had problem-free births.”
Lyn added parents are frequently relieved and amazed by the improvements resulting from craniosacral sessions.
She works with adults, teenagers, children and babies. Call 01823-338968 to talk to Lynn or book a free 30-minute conversation.
