UNIVERSITY students are being invited to talk about their problems at low-cost counselling sessions in Taunton.

Counsellor Annie Rivers, accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, is offering the sessions at The Terrace on Staplegrove Road during the summer holiday.

The service is aimed at working with students to look at issues such as relationships, family problems, managing their studies and also how they are becoming more independent, forming their own ideas and values which may conflict with their normal views.

The Humanistic Psychotherapy and Complementary Health Centre is offering a chance for students to talk about issues confidentially, boosting their confidence and preparing them for the coming year.

Annie has a lot of experience supporting young adults and is friendly and easy to talk to. She is offering 50-minute sessions to students during July and August for £35 each, or four sessions for £125, payable in advance.
