Taunton florist goes against the norm in Bristol

A YOUNG man has made it to the Chelsea Flower Show in a female-dominated category.
Nicky Heal, 23, from Taunton, topped the regional qualifier in flower arranging in the British Floristry Association’s contest in Bristol.
His prize is a place at the world-famous show next May when he hopes to be crowned Young Florist of the Year.
Nicky, who owns Nicky’s Flower Studio in Foundry Road, has run his own business for a year, having worked in the town for two different firms.
