Marion Evered Trust raises £14,000 for hospital ward
THE Marion Evered Trust held their annual presentation meal and donated thousands of pounds to Musgrove Park Hospital.
A meal supplied by Windsor Catering was attended by the many friends and supporters of the trust.
Despite many fundraising events being affected by the poor weather during the year, the trust presented a cheque at the end of the evening for £14,000 to Oak Ward at Musgrove Park Hospital to help improve the facilities for children suffering from cancer.
