Woman left bemused by yellow powder coating her car and garden

WHEN Anna Hague returned home from a week away, the last thing she expected was to find her car and garden coated in a yellow powder.
Anna, of Mount Street in Taunton, said she was shocked and is sending the powder off to be examined.
