STUDENTS at Somerset College received a culinary masterclass during a visit by top chef Lee Streeton.
The lucky students were given a lesson in preparing, cooking and structuring a number of complicated fish dishes.
It was the second visit to the site by Lee, who is executive chef at a fine dining establishment in the luxury Browns Hotel in London’s Mayfair.
The visit took place in the Quantock Restaurant, Somerset College’s dedicated catering centre.
Lee said: “The facilities at the college offer a similar environment to many of the commercial kitchens I have worked in at top London restaurants.
“The students are some of the best in the country.
“They are always engaged, follow orders and are passionate about their craft.
“It is always a pleasure to come here to Somerset College and carry out masterclasses with students."
