THIS smiling face belongs to Bailey Allen - a boy with a very special birthday.
Bailey, who lives with his family in South Street, Taunton, is celebrating his 12th birthday today - on December 12, 2012, or 12/12/12.
His sister Natalie, 20, added: "It is amazing for him and he has been really excited about it. It makes a special day even more special."
