Duke of Edinburgh award for Richard Huish's Guy

RICHARD Huish College student Guy Haines, from Taunton, took a trip to St James's Palace to collect his Gold Duke of Edinburgh's Award.
Guy visited London on Tuesday to receive his certificate from HRH The Earl of Wessex.
His diverse activities to earn the award included an arduous expedition in the Brecon Beacons as well as gliding and scuba diving.
Guy said: “I really enjoyed all aspects of both the D of E and The BELA at Richard Huish and cannot thank the instructors enough for their help.”
