YOU’RE never too old for a kick about as these footballers have proved.

They’re all in their late 50s and 60s and have signed up to Somerset Activity and Sport Partnership’s Football for Seniors sessions at Taunton Vale Sports Club at 3pm on Mondays.

The initiative is aimed at people who still enjoy competitive football but at a pace and in a spirit that reflects their age.

Wednesday sessions for men in their late 30s to early 50s start next Wednesday at 8pm.
