Repairs to Tarr Steps bridge underway

WORK has started on re-building the iconic Exmoor clapper bridge which was partly destroyed by floods.
More than half of the 50-metre Tarr Steps bridge at Dulverton were swept away by a torrent of water in the River Barle.
The full repair is expected to take a week to complete.
