Witnesses to Minehead fight urged to come forward

A SCREWDRIVER was reported to have been used during an altercation in the early hours of Sunday in Minehead.

Police were called after a group of men were reported fighting in The Parade at 12.15am.

The three suspects are described as white, all about 21, one 5ft 9in with short dark hair, the second 6ft and skinny with spiky, dark hair and a Midlands – possibly Birmingham – accent.

The third suspect is believed to be about 5ft 11in, skinny and with black hair.

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of affray and remain on police bail pending further enquiries.

Police are appealing for witnesses – particularly the victim – to get in touch on 101.
