FIRE crews worked to stabilise a vehicle which ended up on its side after it was in collision with another vehicle near Lydeard St Lawrence. 

Two fire engines from Taunton were called to the incident on the B3224 at Handy Cross at 3.20pm. 

One person was still within the vehicle when they arrived.
