A MAN accused of causing a public nuisance by dressing up as Spiderman as part of a Fathers4Justice protest has been bailed by a judge.
The road into Taunton as well as Junction 25 of the M5 were closed for three hours, causing chaos for rush hour motorists.
Mr Waldron was arrested and remanded in custody following the incident until October 25, when he was released on bail on condition he lives at home and reports daily to Taunton Police Station, as well as observing a 7pm to 7am curfew.
Judge David Ticehurst again released Mr Waldron on bail after he appeared at Taunton Crown Court this morning, Monday, November 4, although he now only has to report to Taunton Police Station on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursday.
At the same hearing, Mr Waldron pleaded guilty to producing six cannabis plants. He will be sentenced at a later date.
