Crews called to oven fire in Taunton
CREWS were called to an oven fire at a home in Taunton this evening (December 8).
Two fire engines were sent to Allington Close shortly after 6pm.
Crews confirmed that this was a fire involving the oven in a ground floor kitchen and put it out using two sets of breathing apparatus, a hose reel jet and a CO2 extinguisher.
They also used a positive pressure ventilation fan to ventilate the property.
