DEVELOPERS of a £4million scheme of four social houses and 11 residential units at Blagdon Hill have invested £100,000 in reconstructing a dangerous junction.
Graham and Malcolm Tottle, of Harold Tottle & Son, are siting the development, due for completion in spring 2015, on the firm's former yard after securing a £1.8million laon from NatWest.
There is a mix of two and three bedroom homes and six large detached properties, all being marketed by Grenslade Taylor Hunt.
Graham said: “The project has been supported by people in the area which was very important to us as we grew up here.
“Working in the local area with local businesses means we can trust the quality of the work and the project has a community feel to it.”
