FOUR students at King’s College in Taunton are celebrating being offered university places at Oxford and Cambridge.
School captain Emily Albery has been awarded a place to read experimental psychology at Somerville College, Oxford, while Lorenz Holzner has been offered a place to read biochemistry at Oxford.
Jack Holmes has been offered a place to read biological sciences at Oxford, and Thomas Prayer has been offered a place to read economics at Trinity College, Cambridge.
Headmaster Richard Biggs said: “Academic excellence lies at the very heart of life at King’s, and it’s extremely pleasing to see two of the best universities in the world recognise the talent, hard work and dedication of our most gifted pupils.”
