Police are appealing for witness after a man and woman were assaulted outside the social club on Ker Street, Devonport, Plymouth.
At around 11.20pm on Friday, February 7, following a disagreement inside the club, a group of men and women left a private function.
The disagreement continued outside and, as a result, a 26-year-old local man was bitten on the side of his face and a 44-year-old local woman had part of the tip of her finger bitten off.
Both victims, who were stood in the street at the time of the assault, were taken to hospital for treatment.
The suspect is described as a white male, aged 16 or 17, 5ft 6ins, of stocky build with short mousey brown hair. He was wearing a white top and jeans.
A police spokesperson said: “Enquiries are ongoing and we are keen to speak to any witnesses.” Anyone who witnessed the incident, or has any information that could assist with the investigation, is asked to call police on 101, quoting crime number ED/14/786, or alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
