A PHOTOGRAPHER is celebrating after being crowned the British Institute of Professional Photography's Pet Photographer of the Year in the South-West.
Suzi Allen, who has a studio in Oake, was also presented with several other Awards of Excellence in portraiture and fine art.
She said: “I was delighted to win the pet category this year, especially considering the high level of competition from throughout the region.
“I can't wait to tell the owner of Sadie - the winning dog! Photography for me is more than a job as I just love to capture a person or pets character in my images.
“Fine art is something I've been adding to my portfolio over the last few months. I was especially delighted when a judge complimented me on the overall composition, lighting and technical quality of my images.”
