Police in Paignton are appealing for witnesses following a street robbery in the town.
At approximately 8pm on Tuesday 4 March 2014, a 13-year-old boy was approached in Fisher Street by a man whole stole his iPhone.
The incident took place near to the junction with Totnes Road behind the Honda garage at around 8pm when the suspect grabbed hold of the boy’s blazer and snatched the device from the victim’s hand.
Stolen was a silver 16gb iPhone 5s; the victim was unharmed.
Police are now appealing for witnesses who may have been in the area and seen the incident, or who recognises the following description: a white man, around 5 feet 8 inches tall, of medium build, approximately 19-years-old, with blonde/brown hair in short back and sides and a pale complexion. He was wearing a black soft shell jacket and hood with black trousers.
