MAGNA West Somerset Housing Association has expanded into new premises at Roughmoor, Williton.
The association has expanded into additional units opposite its existing building to give the technical and property services department more space.
The officially opening was attended by Magna’s board members, tenants’ panel, staff and residents.
Sean Thompson, technical and property services contract manager, said: “With a purpose-built stores area, we can now work much more efficiently, whilst continuing to provide high quality services.”
The additional space has also provided trades staff with an indoor area where they can carry out work away from a tenant’s home to avoid disruption to the tenant.
